Our story

We are a network of like-minded professionals who have been working together for many years. Each of us has forged our skills by working in different countries and different contexts, engaging with communities, organisations and governments, and learning from grassroots engagement and problem solving until we could provide upstream support based on lived experiences.

“Jumla” is a Kiswahili word that means holistic. The “D” calls out to the design, development, deployment and documentation aspects of our work. Jumladee embodies the holistic approach that shapes everything we do.
